You will be able to interact with speakers and other attendees through the Zoom chat. We kindly ask that all online participants keep their microphones and cameras OFF until the conference ends.
To enhance accessibility, we are pleased to offer closed captioning (CC), subtitles, during the conference Zoom streaming. To assist with closed captions setup and language selection in Zoom, we have below a quick guide with step-by-step instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download free Zoom App in the device you plan to view the conference. The CC will only work if you are logged in to the ZOOM Desktop Workplace Application. Download the free Zoom application and create a free Zoom account here: https://zoom.us/download
- For the CC to work, you need to have the latest version of the APP. Open your Zoom app, log in, and update it to the latest version.
3. Enter with the Zoom conference link: xxx
4. Once you enter the Zoom call just click the CC button to start the subtitles
5. The subtitles will show on the bottom of the Zoom page
6. To change the subtitle’s language please click on the ^ , next to the CC, then select the appropriate language
