PHOTO, VIDEO AND SOUND RECORDING RELEASE- AND CONSENT FORM

By checking this, I hereby give irrevocable permission to GRIN EUROPE, a registered non-profit association, with nº W723016131 located in France, 16 Allée de l’ Orne Champenoise, 72550, Fay, France, to take photographs, make video- or sound recordings of myself for the online version of the European GRIN Conference.

I understand that my presentation and / or my participation in this conference may be videotaped, audiotaped, photographed, recorded and edited by GRIN EUROPE. I understand that these photographs and recordings will be used for the online version of the conference and that these recordings will be uploaded to the YouTube Channel of GRIN EUROPE for future reference of GRIN parents, GRIN researchers, GRIN clinicians and all other interested parties. I relinquish any rights to these photographs and recording and understand these photographs and recordings may be copied and used by GRIN EUROPE without my further permission.

I declare that any copyright-protected works, which I have included as part of my presentation / or my participation in the conference, are either my own property or are works for which I have the permission of the copyright owner to use them in this way.

I hereby grant to GRIN EUROPE all rights, titles and interests to any such photographs and recordings made under this consent. I understand this means that GRIN EUROPE may, without limitation, exercise all ownership rights, including copyrights, relating to such recordings.
